Finally, to lose belly fat (belly–fat.net), consider doing cardio drills. Any calories you burn off will not end up on your breadbasket. You need not become a gym rat, living in the gymnasium. If you only have small love handles to lose, doing easy things like walking, or taking the stairs could be adequate. If you have many pounds to lose more intense cardio may be necessary. Starting out modestly then ramping up makes sense. Love handles do not have to be a lasting fixture.
